Twelve Frome garages will go under the hammer in two separate lots this week.

The lock-ups, which all sit around Feltham Drive, are being marketed by Auction House London, with bidders able to snap up the properties online on Wednesday (February 12) and Thursday.

The first lot is for four garages - on Stonewall Terrace - have a guide price between £5,000 and £10,000.

The brochure says: "The garages are situated on a residential road close to local shops and amenities. 

"The open spaces of Victoria Park Playground are within easy reach. 

"Transport links are provided by Frome rail station."

The second lot is for a further eight garages at Southfields.

"The property comprises eight vacant single storey lock-up garages situated on a plot of land measuring approximately 2,960 sq ft," the listing says.

This group has a guide price of £20,000 to £40,000.
