With the festive period just around the corner, the players and families of Frome RFC can look forward to a well deserved break over the Christmas period next month. 

However, there will still be plenty of rugby action at The Lane when the Annual Frome RFC 'Town V Gown' Paul Lovatt Cup will be held on Friday December 29.

The annual Christmas fixture, now played in honour of Club Stalwart Paul Lovatt, sees a Frome 'Town' XV take on the returning 'Gown' XV, a team made up of ex and current players who are either studying or who have moved away but return for the holidays. The fixture is played in the true spirit of the game and we welcome anyone to come and dust off the boots, regardless of ability. 

With mince pies and port, the order of the day, the Club opens its doors for another fun filled festive day with Christmas jumpers, music and karaoke later in the evening.
