A spooky weekend in store for Frome : Along with some vintage at the Cheese & Grain with visitors expected from far and wide

Frome Whats On this coming weekend and of course there are a lot of spooky going on's ... expect some bumps in the night as the evenings darken.

Remember too that the clocks go back on Sunday. So expect to lose an hour in bed.

If you want to have a belly-full of laughs the Vicar Of Dibley is calling into The Merlin in Frome shows until October 28.

On Saturday - trick or treat ? Well it might depend on which side you support as Frome RFC show the world cup final AND host a party up at The Lane.

Also on Saturday, Frome Cheese & Grain will be packed with all things vintage at the Vintage Fair. Details HERE The fair has a well-deserved reputation as one of the top vintage fairs in the UK, having featured several times in the national press, as well as attracting regular visitors from as far as America. Expect to find wonderful French Brocante, beautiful period clothing, textile treasures from France, shoes and accessories from the 1920s to the 1970s, wonderfully faded antique fabric and textiles, lace, jewellery, decorative antiques and fabulous antique Christmas decorations.

While on Sunday it will be all change at the Cheese & Grain which will be packed with pumpkins, seeds and swaps for the Harvest special. Stalls showcasing the best local food products, many from within 20 miles of the venue. Dive into the heart of the community food and growing projects that make our town so special and find your inspiration with free talks and workshops. Lots of kids' activities to keep them entertained. Artist Cherry Truluck will be there with her 'What grows together, goes together' food table.

And a date for the diary ready for next month.
