The average asking price for a UK home rose by just £14 in February, according to property website Rightmove - the lowest increase for the month since its records began in 2001.

According to its website, Frome had an overall average price of £337,797 over the last year.

The majority of sales in Frome during 2021, when Rightmove last recorded local sales, were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £314,579. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £338,611, with detached properties fetching £504,682.

According to Rightmove - the average asking price for a home across the UK is now £362,452.
