An astonishing 46 couples have tied the knot at Frome Town Hall during 2021, which is quite a feat considering ceremonies only started up again in April following Covid-restrictions.

From small but perfectly formed ceremonies to larger celebrations of up to 80 family members and friends, Frome Town Hall caters for everyone. Unique touches make the venue extra special such as the chance to take photographs in the beautiful building, seasonal foliage displays and a dedicated and welcoming team member to support you on the day. Wedding guests can enjoy refreshments before the ceremony thanks to a licensed bar and if you book the final ceremony of the day, you will also be able to hire the Council Chamber for your reception.

Catherine Rhys Jones who got married in December said, "We had the most fantastic experience getting married at Frome Town Hall. The staff went out of their way to make the day special for us, even going as far as lending us one of their rings when out best man forgot ours!"

Cllr Anne Hills said, "For most couples this is one of the most meaningful days of their lives and they are keen to mark it in a special way. The Town Hall is the perfect setting for wedding ceremonies as it has character thanks to some historic features such as the stunning mosaic flooring, but it's also been renovated to provide a clean and modern feel. Our team continue to follow up-to-date Covid-19 restrictions and guidance to ensure everyone feels safe and supported while having their perfect day."

Dates are now available for 2022 so if you've just got engaged, are planning your wedding or have recently had a baby and would like to use the space for an official baby naming ceremony get in touch with the team at Frome Town Hall. As well as weddings the Council Chamber is also available for hire and licensed for events and special occasions.
