AS more and more events are being organised locally Nub News is launching a new weekly round up of what's on in Frome each weekend.

Every Thursday we will now bring you our top picks of the events in our What's On section for the coming weekend.

Here are our top events for the weekend ahead:

1. On Friday a very very big birthday party on at the Blue Boar in Frome. It is a really friendly pub and has been serving regulars (not the SAME regulars of course) for 330 years. Fancy a bit of karaoke ? They will be playing your song. Details click HERE : the pub is right in the heart of Frome

1. On Saturday it is the huge Halloween drone show - hundreds of them in the skies over the centre of town. But so much more going on too with the Glow in the Park show. The drones should be in the air around 6.15, but before that loads going on. Whilst the event is free, Frome Rotary will be collecting for several charities including Active and In Touch, The Pod, Fair Frome, & Frome's Missing Links.
