Last week two of Frome's Evolution Trampoline clubs finest had the honour of representing Great Britain at the Scalabis Cup in Portugal. 16 year old David Knowles and 13 year old Izzie Hunt travelled to Portugal to take part in the event.

Both David and Izzie helped their respective teams to take medals, David the silver team medal and Izzie the gold team medal. 

They then both made individual finals, unfortunately for David a small error kept him out of medal position on this occasion but newcomer and Selwood Academy pupil Izzie managed to hold her nerve to take the bronze medal in the 13-14 age group.

Coaches Sarah Hunt and Miikee Selmes said : "We are super proud of the two of them and how they conducted themselves on an international stage. They both work incredibly hard and they deserve every success".
