Friday : Part of Frome's debut Kindness Festival. The doctor will see you now at The Merlin. He favours kindness as the cure for all ills. Dr Phil Hammond was an NHS doctor for 37 years.

so he knows a bit about medicine He also knows how to entertain and has been described as one of the most entertainingly subversive people on the planet.

If Dr Phil were a medicine, you should swig him by the litre
