Eleven year old jiu-jitsu student from Frome wins the IBJJF International Championships in London

Taya Jones, a student from Gracie Barra in Frome, won a gold medal at the weekend after competing in the IBJJF International Championships in London.

This is her third year of competing in the sport and her first competition of the year.

She also was selected to bring home the 2nd place junior category trophy of behalf of Gracie Barra which was a real honour.

Gracie Barra Frome are looking forward to taking a team of students to compete at the Wiltshire Open in a couple of weeks time.
