There have been a number of new signings over the summer for the club including Ben Starr, who was recommended by a former manager of Totton.

Manager Danny Greaves said: "Ben has impressed throughout pre season after coming highly recommended by ex Totton Manager Dan Stackman who was his football manager at Portsmouth university. He is versatile, quick and technically decent which suits our style of play. He has moved back to the area and after his impressive performance we are delighted he has decided to sign."

Meantime in case you missed it there has been some changes in terms of the ground on which The Robins play. According to one councillor there was an immediate risk to the site, which could have led to the club becoming homeless and going out of existence.
