Thrive Trowbridge are recruiting for a Trainee Telemarketing Executive to start work immediately for our client at their newly built Business Park in Frome. They are looking for immediately available candidates to join their busy and friendly team. The location also has an onsite caf and gym. The position is on a 12 week temp to perm basis.

Pay is 11.00 per hour

This is a full-time temporary position (37.5 hours per week) to be worked (Apply online only) Monday to Friday

Our client offers personalised telephone contact services to high profile organisations, to reach out to businesses on their behalf.

You will primarily be working on a wide variety of client campaigns, responsible for making calls, generating appointments and leads, sending emails and updating records.

To be fully successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Excellent communications skills with a clear confident telephone manner
• Good IT skills and to be confident in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Tenacity and a positive attitude
• Great attention to detail
• GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English

Previous experience in a sales calling role would be preferred although not essential, as full training and support will be given. However, we would expect the successful candidate to be able to demonstrate a drive and passion for this type of role.
