The Role:

• Ensure accurate loading and documentation of equipment onto vehicles.
• Perform all tasks efficiently while adhering to company, customer, and health and safety regulations.
• Report any defective equipment promptly.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within designated timeframes set by the depot manager and supervisor.

Pay & Benefits:

• 12 per hour
• Overtime paid at 1.3x rate
• Enhanced rates for Saturday (1.3x) and Sunday (1.5x) shifts

Job Responsibilities:

• Undertake general labouring duties with proficiency.
• Assist tradespersons in construction tasks.
• Safely transport equipment, tools, and materials.
• Maintain and prepare working areas and equipment as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a skilled labourer.
• Reasonable physical fitness to carry out manual tasks.
• CSCS certification preferred but not essential.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated initiative and strong communication skills.
• Motivated and eager to contribute to the team's success.
