Salary to £39K My client is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Advisor to lead the HR function, providing comprehensive operational HR support across the entire employee lifecycle. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice to managers and staff.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance matters.
- Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives.
- Promote staff wellbeing and diversity.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (minimum) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
