Deputy Manager Learning Disabilities

I am recruiting for an experienced and quality focused DeputyManager for a fantastic residentialin the Fromearea.

This service provides residentialcare for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism,Physical Disabilities and Complex Needs and aims to encourage service users to live as independently as possible.

The DeputyManager will be offered a fantastic salary of up to £32,000.

The Deputy Manager must have:

• Prior experience as DeputyManager (Preferably Learning Disabilities)
• QCF Level 3Health and Social Care(Preferred)
• Strong staff management skills
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
• Enthusiasm, passion and determination to deliver the highest quality person centredcare.
