The children at Vallis First School wore odd socks at the beginning of their anti-bullying week to remind them that we are all different and unique. This is what makes each one of us special. The theme for anti-bullying week this year was 'Make a noise about bullying.' Children in the school enjoyed a range of activities to support their understanding of what bullying is.

Creating anti-bullying superheroes and designing odd socks were very popular activities. Posters were designed with shout outs reminding children to always be kind and friendly. Role play activities throughout the week helped the children to remember to always act kindly and what to do if they have issues with friendships.
