A prominent iconic commercial space in Frome - being sold for redevelopment - has just had a price reduction. This seed and grain store has been in the same ownership for the last 52 years.

And yesterday after being on the market for nearly three months, it was reduced in price to £275,000.

The site, on Christchurch Street West in Frome has internal garage and parking for up to three cars, a retail area, two offices, a store room and more storage in the attic.

The shop first went on sale in late May

Moore & Toop was first taken on by the present owner on February 17, 1969 - although he retained the name of the original business.
