Come and enjoy painting in watercolour and different media. You will experiment on silk and other fabrics, and Madagascan, Rice or Himalayan paper. You can explore painting the landscape of the sea, and the different movements that sea water makes.

 Be inspired by the sea, beaches and sky and paint your own picture taking inspiration from sea landscape paintings, shells, ocean foliage and photographs of the sea. Experience meditation music, singing bowls and breathe, live and embrace the sounds of the sea. 

Tutor Jeanette Magson will also discuss different artists that have painted the sea with examples of their work to encourage you. You can also write a small poem on the sea that will relate to your painting.

Paint in a calm, peaceful, warm and creative environment and lose yourself for five hours before taking away the beautiful pictures that you have created at the end of the session.
