Grow your confidence, calm your mind, and connect with your body. This 8-week course is designed for pregnancy and to move towards birth with strength and ease.
Biomechanics and yoga-based movement to feel strong and aligned
Mindfulness techniques to stay calm and centered
A nurturing group space to connect and learn
• Thursday evenings at 6pm at Rise in Frome, the course runs for 6 consecutive weeks from March 6th

Emilie's an experienced yoga teacher, embodiment coach and doula who's been working with birthing families for over 16 years. She has a wide range of experience and knowelege and hundreds of pregnant women have joined her groups and classes over the years.
