JOB TITLE: Temporary Administrator - Immediate Start

Engaging with customers in a courteous, professional, and knowledgeable manner. Ensuring effective stock maintenance, adhering to strict health and safety regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Maintaining general housekeeping duties, including stock rotation, cleanliness, and tidiness, in compliance with Health & Safety guidelines. Conducting security and compliance checks on incoming stock and outgoing orders, with a strong focus on accuracy. Performing daily checks on the forklift truck and other mechanical equipment, promptly reporting any defects to the Depot Manager.

Project Engineer Frome £30,000 to £40,000 Basic DOE + 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Private Health Insurance Monday to Friday 40 Hours Per Week (Flexible Hours)Project Engineer required for an industry leading manufacturer with an international reputation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with family values at heart whilst they undergo an exciting period of growth and expansion.To apply for this role, you will need proven experience in an engineering, project-based position, as either a Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or similar. Candidates from any technical background are encouraged to apply.The successful candidate will be based from the company s site in Frome and will remotely coordinate site based projects. This will involve coordinating logistics, such as the delivery of equipment to site, organising access equipment and relevant operators, as well as managing H&S, including the production of risk assessments, and addressing any safety related issues. You will work closely with the company s Production Manager and Installation Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and will be a key point of contact for clients.Whilst the position is predominantly office based, the successful candidate should expect to travel to customer sites approximately once a week, however company vehicles are available to use.
