Five Education are interested in recruiting committed candidates to work as Teaching Assistants and Nursery workers in a mainstream primary and nursery in Frome. The role is to support pupils with additional learning needs. The identified children may have Special Education Needs (SEN) and/ or mental health challenges. The role also involves caring for small groups of early years children and will include personal care. Previous experience in supporting children with SEND such as Autism and challenging behaviour is an advantage. However, experience is not necessary as you will learn 'on the job'. The school needs someone kind, compassionate, patient and resilient. You will need to be warm and friendly, with a 'can-do attitude', willing to follow instructions and work hard.The pay rate starts at £12.23 an hour. The day is 7 hours with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break. Your daily rate of pay would be £79.50 but with the potential to earn more. The pay rate is dependant on experience. There is the potential to work more hours and earn more.
