Are you a dynamic and adaptable educator seeking flexible teaching opportunities in Frome and the surrounding areas? We are currently looking for Secondary Supply Teachers to join our team and support local schools with general supply cover.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Classroom Management: Effectively manage the learning environment, ensuring a positive and productive atmosphere for students.

  2. Adaptability: Quickly adjust to different teaching environments and student needs, fostering a positive and inclusive learning experience.

  3. Communication: Maintain open communication with school staff, fellow teachers, and students to ensure a smooth and collaborative teaching environment.Assessment: Provide feedback on student progress and maintain accurate records as required by the school.

Requirements:

  1. Teaching Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.

  2. Flexibility: Willingness to take on both part-time and full-time assignments based on availability and school requirements.

  3. Experience: Previous teaching experience in a secondary school setting is desirable.

  4. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different subjects, year groups, and teaching styles.

  5. Enhanced DBS Check: All candidates must undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
