This is a great opportunity to join a leading Care Provider for Adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Care supporting small supported living and outreach services in Frome, Somerset.

Our clients are looking for creative, flexible and passionate Support Workers or Care Assistants or Trainee Support Workers to provide some personal care and support to our Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Care Service Users.

Our Service Users are living in their own homes and you will be support them to access the community to do activities such as shopping, going for walks, swimming, going to the pub or coffee shop, going to church and lots more.

Besides that you will also support them in their own home by assisting them with basic personal care, preparing food, light housekeeping, companionship and any support they need.
