Key Responsibilities of the Female Support Worker role- Provide person-centered support to individuals in their homes and community.
- Assist with daily activities, personal care, and household tasks as needed.
- Encourage and facilitate social interaction, hobbies, and community participation.
- Support individuals to achieve personal goals and maintain a high quality of life.
- Maintain clear records and communicate effectively with the care team.
- Must be a car driver with access to a reliable vehicle.
- Prior experience in a care or support role is preferred but not essential.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
- Good communication skills and a positive, encouraging attitude.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.42.
