Residential Property Assistant - Based in our office in Frome town centre, we are looking for a Paralegal or trainee Legal Executive to join our well-established and supportive property team.

About the Role This role would suit a Paralegal or trainee Legal Executive with c.2 years experience to join an established department, working closely with senior members of the team on a variety of property transactions, including, purchase and sales, remortgages, leases and equity release and Land Registry applications.

Candidate RequirementsWe are seeking an ambitious, hands-on individual who can use their own initiative and who has problem-solving skills to complete tasks set to them and to get the job done, however, is happy to ask sensible questions when faced with an unfamiliar challenge. You will ideally have a strong administration background in a legal environment with great IT skills. Great customer service experience dealing with clients with the ability to prioritise workloads. We will consider legal graduates looking to develop their legal experience.
