Was this the last frost of the year in Frome?

Gardeners may be hoping that with March tomorrow and a new moon (a Virgo moon which according to fables heralds a new beginning), that their plants are safe.

But sadly, according to the Met Office, although it will be in double digits for the next two days, the weather will deteriorate and at least one forecast is for minus two overnight next Saturday in Frome.

The weather outlook for the coming week: Tuesday will continue dry, although cloudy and foggy conditions may persist through the day. Late Tuesday, a weak system may push a few showers or spells of rain into the region. Wednesday will see any showers clear through the morning with some sunny spells in the afternoon. Thursday will be mainly cloudy and cooler but it should be dry.
