Canteen, the Pay-What-You-Can community restaurant is returning this month dishing up more affordable and delicious food.

The project has been set up by the Frome Food Network to improve wellbeing in the town and aims to give wider access to responsibly-sourced, well-cooked, delicious food and to bridge the gap between local food and local people.

Canteen is popping up on Friday 20 June at Trinity Hall, Frome from 5pm to 7pm.

Organisers said: "Another community feast is on its way. Come along for wholesome, delicious food prepped from ingredients supplied by local farms and market gardens. And perhaps best of all, pay whatever you'd like for it. As always, no reservations are needed – just come hungry and ready to share a meal with friends, family and neighbours.
