Alberta Cross, Something Moves & BroccoliBoy

Alberta Cross, Something Moves and BroccoliBoy will be performing in support of Frome Festival. Each of these acts represents a new generation of vibrant and immensely talented musicians currently calling Frome home.

ALBERTA CROSS frontman, Petter Ericson Stakee, will deliver an intimate solo set of his Americana-infused songs, hot on the heels of his UK tour. Petter has toured extensively as a headline act and has supported renowned artists such as Oasis, Mumford & Sons, Johnny Marr, Neil Young and Them Crooked Vultures (feat. Dave Grohl, Josh Homme, and John Paul Jones).

SOMETHING MOVES, the latest project from Chris Briden and friends, blends influences reminiscent of Radiohead, Nick Drake and Washed Out, resulting in layered, textural, and introspective music. As a primarily studio-based band, this is a rare opportunity to catch them live.

BROCCOLIBOY, a young, up and coming indie pop trio, are known for their heartfelt and infectious melodies. They recently supported Entitled Sons at the Cheese & Grain and are definitely one to watch!

As a registered charity, Frome Festival needs to raise £35,000 each year to deliver its programme. With recent cuts to arts funding, the challenge is growing. Entry is £10 to ensure accessibility for all, but please consider donating what you can.
