Former Frome Festival Musical Director and Frome Symphony Founder, Stephen Marquiss (piano), returns to Christ Church alongside the superb soprano, Angela Good, with a programme of well-loved, varied songs and Romantic piano works by Schubert, Mendelssohn and Louise Farrenc. The programme celebrates past and living women composers and will include Madeleine Dring's sublime 5 Betjeman Songs and delightful, melodic new works by local composers, Gillian E. Stephenson and Trisha Waters.
